..Bumping into your ex-boyfriend is not always nice - particularly when he is with his new girlfriend.

But that's exactly what happened to Mollie King last night who attended the same fashion bash as David Gandy and his new arm candy.

Fortunately The Saturdays singer looked gorgeous in a plunging nude pantsuit which showed off her trim shape and she certainly put on a brave face beaming for the cameras.

A little awkward: Mollie Kind attended the same fashion party as her ex-boyfriend and David Gandy and his new girlfriend

David was seen holding hands with his girlfriend Sarah Ann Macklin, had opted for a vampish look in a bright red lace dress but Mollie outshone her in the style stakes.

The Saturdays' singer and the D&G model who both attended the Esquire, Mr Porter & Jimmy Choo bash last night dated for ten months before splitting in February this year.

Mollie, 25, who is rumoured to have been briefly dating Prince Harry at the start of the year, recently said she would give internet dating a try to find a man.

Meanwhile 32-year-old Gandy recently said that being 'perfect' interfered with his relationships.

Speaking to Men's Health magazine the model said: 'My perfectionism can make it difficult. I know my ex-girlfriend struggled. Things have to be perfect – everything in the house, every car I buy. That’s incredibly hard to live with if you don’t understand it.

'If either a relationship or my work must suffer, then I’m afraid it has to be the relationship'.
